We aim to make ordering with us simple and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will arrive.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. UK Shipping
- We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery is usually 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Express shipping (if available at checkout) is 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and method.
3. International Shipping
- We endeavour to offer global delivery wherever possible. If we are unable to ship to your location for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Tracking
- If your order is shipped with a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Smaller items may be sent untracked to keep costs low.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@shredacademy.co.uk with your order number.
6. Click & Collect
- Local customers may have the option to collect items in person at thier Academy Skatepark. If offered, full details will be provided at checkout.
