Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase or booking. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both products and courses.
1. Product Returns (Merchandise & Goods)
- You have the right to return most new, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
2. Course Bookings (Shred Academy & Shreducation)
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first session: full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session: non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- If we cancel a session (due to weather, illness, or venue closure), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- For sessions held at Southsea Skatepark, the £3 venue entry fee is payable directly to the skatepark and is non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return or refund, please email us at info@shredacademy.co.uk with your order number and details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item or confirm your booking cancellation.
4. Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, protective gear (e.g. helmets, pads) cannot be returned if used.
